THE LOUD EXTENSIONS SOURCING PROMISE

I KNOW WHERE YOUR HAIR CAME FROM.

There is something I want you to understand about LOUD Extensions:

I don’t just order hair and hope the story I’m given is true.

I am personally involved in the sourcing and collection of our hair.

I personally watch our bundles being cut, and I personally cut many of them myself. When I am not the one holding the scissors, my staff and workers handle the collection under our sourcing standards and supervision.

That level of involvement matters to me because I want to know the story behind every bundle I sell.

NO TEMPLE-DONATED HAIR. PERIOD.

LOUD Extensions does not source temple-donated hair.

I made that decision intentionally.

There is a difference between someone choosing to sell their hair and someone donating their hair for religious purposes and having that hair later enter a commercial supply chain.

I only want hair from donors who knowingly choose to sell their hair and receive compensation for it.

That distinction is extremely important to me.

PAID. VOLUNTARY. PERSONALLY SOURCED.

Our raw hair comes from individual donors who voluntarily choose to sell their hair.

They are compensated for their hair.

And because I am personally involved in the sourcing process, this isn’t simply a claim printed on a website that I expect you to take on faith.

I see the hair being collected.

I see the cut.

I know the source.

I know the people involved in the process.

And when my staff handles the collection, they follow the same sourcing standards I require.

WHY THIS MATTERS TO ME

I’ve been in the hair industry long enough to know that the word RAW can be thrown around very loosely.

A bundle can be called raw.

A package can say ethically sourced.

A company can tell you it’s from a single donor.

But I wanted LOUD to operate differently.

I wanted to be close enough to the source that I could actually answer the “Where did this hair come from?”

And I don’t want the answer to be a vague supply-chain story.

I want to know.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING FROM LOUD

When you purchase our raw hair, you aren’t purchasing hair that was manufactured to look natural.

You’re purchasing hair that comes from a real person, with her own natural texture, density, color, and strand characteristics.

That means your bundles may vary.

One donor may have a softer wave.

Another may have a tighter wave.

One bundle may be darker.

Another may have natural brown or warm undertones.

Some strands may be thicker than others.

That’s raw hair.

Real donors don’t grow identical bundles.

MY STANDARD IS SIMPLE

I don’t want hair that requires me to look away from how it was obtained.

I don’t want temple-donated hair.

I don’t want hair where the donor’s intentions are unclear.

I don’t want to blindly purchase from a supply chain and simply repeat whatever story I’m given.

I want hair that was voluntarily sold by the person who grew it.

And I want to be close enough to the sourcing process to stand behind that statement.

THAT IS THE LOUD STANDARD.

Not just raw.

Not just beautiful.

Not just luxurious.

Knowingly sourced. Voluntarily sold. Personally inspected.

Because when you wear LOUD, I want you to feel good about the hair on your head and the story behind it.
