Any attempt to commit chargeback fraud, payment disputes without valid cause, theft, or any form of scamming will be taken seriously. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including cooperating with financial institutions, payment processors, law enforcement agencies, and seeking recovery through small claims court or any other appropriate legal action. Customers found engaging in fraudulent activity may also be permanently banned from making future purchases.

No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any hair products. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
