LOUD EXTENSIONS – TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing our website and placing an order with Loud Extensions, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.


1. GENERAL

By purchasing from Loud Extensions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Loud Extensions reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.


2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Loud Extensions specializes in premium human hair products, including but not limited to:

  • Raw Hair Bundles
  • Virgin Hair Bundles
  • Closures
  • Frontals
  • Wigs
  • Tape-Ins

We strive to accurately display all products. However, because human hair is a natural product, slight variations are normal.

Raw Hair Disclaimer

Our raw hair is:

  • 100% human hair.
  • Sourced from paid donors.
  • Single donor unless otherwise stated.
  • Unprocessed.
  • Not sourced from temples.

Because raw hair is natural, no two bundles are exactly alike. Variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Curl pattern
  • Thickness
  • Weight
  • Natural strands

are normal and are not considered defects.


3. PROCESSING TIMES

Raw Hair Orders

Processing time is approximately 7–16 business days.

Virgin Hair Orders

Processing time is approximately 7–10 business days.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order and does not include shipping transit time.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


4. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped through USPS and/or UPS.

Estimated shipping transit time is generally 3–5 business days after processing.

Loud Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays

Once an order has been shipped, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

Loud Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.


5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name
  • Shipping address
  • Email address
  • Contact information

Loud Extensions is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender, additional shipping fees may apply before the package can be resent.


6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.


7. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

NO RETURNS.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES.

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

By placing an order, you understand and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • No returns will be accepted.
  • No exchanges will be granted.
  • Store credit will not be provided.
  • Order cancellations are not permitted.

This policy applies to all products sold by Loud Extensions.


8. WIGS, CLOSURES, FRONTALS, AND BUNDLES

All products are sold as-is.

Once products have been:

  • Opened
  • Worn
  • Installed
  • Colored
  • Bleached
  • Customized
  • Altered in any way

they remain non-refundable and non-returnable.


9. FRAUD PREVENTION

Loud Extensions reserves the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders.
  • Refuse service.
  • Request identity verification.
  • Request additional information before processing an order.

Orders suspected of fraud may be delayed, canceled, or refused.


10. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Loud Extensions regarding concerns.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent refusal of future service.
  • Submission of evidence to financial institutions.
  • Collection efforts where permitted by law.

Evidence may include:

  • Order confirmations.
  • Tracking information.
  • Delivery records.
  • Customer communications.
  • Payment records.


11. DISCLAIMER

Loud Extensions does not guarantee:

  • Exact color matches.
  • Exact texture matches.
  • Curl pattern uniformity.
  • Specific styling results.
  • Longevity when products are improperly maintained.

Proper care and maintenance are the responsibility of the customer.


12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Loud Extensions shall not be held liable for:

  • Shipping delays.
  • Lost or stolen packages.
  • Carrier errors.
  • Improper installation.
  • Chemical processing damage.
  • Heat damage.
  • Improper maintenance.
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the original purchase.


13. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Loud Extensions reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases at its sole discretion.


14. PRIVACY

Customer information collected during checkout is used solely for:

  • Order processing
  • Shipping
  • Customer support
  • Fraud prevention

Customer information will never be sold to third parties.


15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing from Loud Extensions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

By completing your purchase, you agree that all sales are final and that Loud Extensions does not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances.
